Kyle Skinner
Founder & Head Performance Advisor
Kyle founded Anchor to give ambitious student-athletes and their families the internal operating systems they need to perform under pressure. He spent eight seasons as varsity head baseball coach at Interlake High School, coached and ran select club programs as a head coach and general manager, worked as a strength and conditioning coach, physical education teacher, and athletic director, and coached on the St. Louis Cardinals Area Code team staff. He served three years as a Director of College Baseball Advising before founding Anchor.
He coaches from a positive-psychology foundation: athletes grow fastest when they own their decisions. He lives in Northern California with his wife and four children.
